Parichehr Dogani has several years of experience in pavement engineering, asphalt materials, pavement design, and pavement performance evaluation. She earned her PhD in Pavement Engineering from the University of Auckland. Her doctoral research focused on investigating the thermal and mechanical behavior of asphalt pavements incorporating Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) pads for the wireless charging of electric vehicles (EVs). She employed both experimental and numerical approaches to evaluate temperature distribution, structural response, and interface bonding conditions in IPT–pavement systems. She also contributed to the development of an Accelerated Pavement Testing (APT) facility for assessing the performance of IPT-integrated pavements. Currently, she is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Auckland, where she continues her research on developing robust IPT pavement systems for sustainable transportation. Through the publication of multiple research papers, she has developed strong written communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality technical documents. She is passionate about innovation and problem-solving and is committed to developing cutting-edge solutions in pavement engineering.
