Vanicha is a wellness and hospitality professional with over 20 years of international experience across Asia and the Middle East. She currently serves as Director of Wellness Standard, Business Development at Chiva-Som International Health Resort, where she supports company-wide wellness standards, conducts operational and quality audits across branded properties, and contributes to branded and unbranded wellness consultancy projects, including concept development, guest experience, operational planning and pre-opening readiness.

Her career includes senior roles with Chiva-Som, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton and Tri Vananda, with experience spanning wellness operations, concept development, pre-opening and service excellence.

She also supports Chiva-Som Academy as a lecturer and trainer and contributes to wellness education with universities in Thailand and organisations internationally.
