Ojashvi “O.J.” Seeam is Cluster Assistant Director of Digital Marketing for SKYVIEW Hotel Bangkok and SKYVIEW Resort Phuket.

A multilingual hospitality marketing and communications leader with more than 10 years of experience, he works at the intersection of brand strategy, digital growth, public relations, guest experience and commercial performance. O.J.’s career spans international hotel groups and independent luxury properties, including Four Seasons, LUX* Resorts, Attitude Hotels, Veranda and Heritage Resorts, Air Mauritius, Kata Rocks, Park Plaza and SKYVIEW. In his current role, he leads multi-property marketing across rooms, food and beverage, MICE, weddings and events.

His experience includes hotel rebranding, property and restaurant launches, e-commerce, performance marketing, influencer partnerships and data-led customer journeys. He brings a practical operator’s perspective on how technology, storytelling and commercial strategy can build stronger hospitality brands, improve the guest experience and deliver measurable business growth.
