Stephanie Joshua-Anandappa has been an academic in the education sector for over 10 years and also runs a SME in the export sector. In addition to her Masters of Marketing, she also holds a Masters of Education. Stephanie is currently the Unit Leader for both the 1st year Marketing subjects (Introduction to Marketing and Marketing 1) at Monash College. Stephanie is actively involved in researching and implementing personalised learning within large cohort of students. She has also designed subject curriculum that incorporates collaborative learning through gamification & scenario-based learning to increase active learning. These areas of interest have led Stephanie to actively pursue digital technologies that will enhance classroom and curriculum delivery.
