He spearheads the development of product solutions and capabilities tailored for the mobility space, serving clients across diverse sectors like automotive, energy & power, transportation, and municipalities.
Rob fosters a collaborative environment where his team partners with mobility clients. This teamwork unlocks the power of J.P. Morgan Payments' Mobility Payment Solutions platform and other functionalities to deliver scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the mobility landscape.
Rob serves on the board of Nacha (National Automated Clearing House Association), actively shaping the future of the payments landscape. He further demonstrates his commitment to high standards and best practices by holding a Project Management Professional certification.
Rob's academic journey is multifaceted, showcasing a diverse range of degrees. He holds an Executive MBA in Customer Relationship Management from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Prior to that, he pursued doctoral studies in Political Science and Government at Louisiana State University. Rob also earned a Master of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications (Indiana University Bloomington) and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a focus on Middle Eastern History (Eastern Michigan University).
