General Information

What are the dates and location of the exhibition?

The exhibition will be held on Wednesday September 24 & Thursday September 25 at Huntington Place (Hall B) , Detroit.

What are the opening hours of the event?

The MOVE America 2025 conference sessions are open from 9am - 6:05pm on Wednesday September 24 and from 9am - 5pm on Thursday September 25.

Who can attend the event?

MOVE America 2025 is a business-to-business (B2B) event for professionals, industry representatives, and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.

How do I register to attend?

Professionals and decision-makers from our approved Free Buyer Pass Program will qualify for a free ticket. You can check who qualifies and apply for a free pass here . Those who don't qualify for a Free Buyer Pass can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

Is there an entry fee?

Expo floor access is free with registration. Fees apply for conference delegate passes but free passes are available for certain profiles via our Free Buyer Pass Program . Current ticket pricing can be found on the Registration Page .

When and where can I collect my badge?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your QR code on it (this is also accessible via the MOVE Events App in the 'My Badge' section). Please bring this QR code to the registration desk at the venue to collect your badge. You can collect your badge early on Tuesday September 23rd between 2pm-7pm or during the event on September 24-25 between 7:30am-5pm.

How do I get to the venue?

Is parking available?

Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout Huntington Place. Login details will be provided on-site.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes, a range of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside the exhibition hall.

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities?

Yes, cloakroom services are available near the main entrance.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Absolutely. Huntington Place is fully accessible. The venue is fully accessible and equipped with facilities for disabled guests. For more details, visit the Venue  page.

Is there an event app?

Yes, registered attendees will receive access to the official MOVE America 2025 event app . You can use it to view the agenda, bookmark sessions, connect with other attendees (with full app access), and arrange meetings. Visit the Event App page for details on how to download and log in.

How can I arrange meetings with exhibitors?

Use the MOVE America 2025 event app to connect and schedule meetings with exhibitors before and during the event.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes, there are dedicated networking sessions and evening receptions. Check the networking page  for details.

Conference & Sessions

Is there a conference program?

Yes, our conference features expert speakers and panel discussions. The full agenda is available on our Conference agenda page.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

You won't need to pre-register for any sessions but attendees are encouraged to 'save' roundtable sessions on the event app if they intend on joining, so we can ensure there's enough space available.

Will presentations or recordings be available after the event?

No, sessions are not recorded. If an attendee would like to access specific presentations, please contact marianne.fletcher@terrapinn.com who can get in contact with the speakers on your behalf.

Health & Safety

What health and safety measures are in place?

MOVE America 2025 follows all current Government and Huntington Place health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, and crowd management practices. Updates will be provided regularly.

What should I do if I feel unwell at the event?

If you feel unwell during the event, please visit the first aid station or notify a member of the event staff immediately. T here is an EMT onsite throughout both days.  Your wellbeing is our priority.

What is the dress code for the event?

Business casual is suitable for the conference and exhibition.

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees must be individually registered. If you would like to bring a colleague, friend, or guest, please ensure they complete their own registration via the Registration page .
