Marina is the Co-Founder and CEO of Apex Transit Solutions, a WBE certified asset based transportation company based in Charlotte, NC with a strong focus on sustainability.  Her passion for the industry is deeply personal, Marina is the daughter of a truck driver, and trucking has been a fundamental part of her life from childhood through adulthood. With both her father and husband in the profession, she has a profound respect for the hard work and dedication of drivers. This connection fuels her commitment to ensuring APEX remains a driver-focused company. Beyond her expertise in logistics and fleet management, Marina is a passionate advocate for the industry and the community. She currently serves on the NCTA Board of Directors and is the outgoing chair of the Women In Trucking Council and the Board of the NC Chapter of Women in Manufacturing. She actively works with the Legislative Committee to promote fair industry practices, and push for innovation that enhances both industry images and driver well-being.
