Grace has spent over 20 years advancing sustainable technology in the automotive industry, working as an engineer, change agent, and transformation focused executive leader. After developing early hybrid and full electric propulsion systems she shifted focus to the software systems that power both conventional and autonomous vehicle products, building process and quality structures into a fast paced and innovative product environment. Grace has been a proud GM employee throughout her career. She holds a BSME from Michigan Tech and a Master's degree in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan. Grace is a purpose driven people leader whose greatest joy is in lifting those around her to greatness. She spends all free time with her husband and their three young children, at times coaching youth sports and serving within their favorite volunteer organization, The German Park Recreation Club.
