Christina Douglas is the Global Head of Product, CPO (Charge Point Operator) at bp pulse, where she is responsible for the overall success and performance of products in all markets, strategically driving development, including the charge point management, payments, energy/load management, and all other components of the CPO. Prior to this role, Christina was the Strategy Lead for Shell Recharge in North America. She focuses on a customer-centric approach to continuously deliver a best-in-class experience. She graduated from Duke University with a BS in Economics and a BA in French and has spent over 10 years working in mobility and energy.
