Chris Brown is the Head of Government Affairs at Harbinger Motors, an electric vehicle company pioneering the first medium-duty EV platform priced at parity with traditional gas and diesel vehicles. A seasoned leader at the intersection of policy, innovation, and technology, Chris brings deep expertise from the aerospace sector, where he held senior roles at Virgin Galactic and Virgin Orbit, aligning corporate strategy with complex international regulatory frameworks. Beyond mobility, Chris is also a space lawyer and the founder of Project Dark Forest. He has always been fascinated by physical cosmology, astrobiology, and the philosophical underpinnings that drive what we understand (and don’t) about both. A dedicated futurist, Chris champions equitable access to the new space and sustainability economies and is a strong advocate for expanding STEM education and opportunities for underrepresented communities in both industries.
