Dr. Radhika Gudipati is a Technical Specialist in Robotics at ARIA, with 15 years of experience in AI and Deeptech. She holds a PhD in Robotics for rehabilitation from the University of Hertfordshire. Her expertise lies in commercializing high-TRL research, a strength she honed at robotic startups like Ocado Technology and Shadow Robot. Additionally, Radhika is a mentor, business advisor, and angel investor in tech startups. Radhika co-leads a topic group on Laboratory Robotics as part of the euRobotics community that identifies current challenges and gaps in lab automation by bringing together stakeholders from industry, academia and research. At ARIA she is exploring a programme on 'Manufacturing in Space - Biologics' which if successful will unlock a pot a R&D funding.
