Peter Zeller is a Swiss entrepreneur, investor, and executive with over 30 years of international 
leadership experience driving innovation, brand transformation, and technology-enabled business 
growth across aviation, private equity ventures, and high-tech food production.
He is the Founder, Managing Director, and Investor of Urban Blue GmbH, an intelligent platform for 
monitoring, evaluating, and controlling sensing and automation systems in laboratories and advanced 
farming environments, including vertical farms, aquaculture, and greenhouses. Since founding the 
company in 2020, he has shaped the vision of “intelligence working alongside” — enabling teams to 
operate complex production systems with AI and Computer Vision-supported insights and automation. 
Under his leadership, Urban Blue introduced a coordinated mesh approach that seamlessly connects local 
devices with cloud intelligence to create resilient, self-safeguarding operations. He built an international 
technology and AI and Computer Vision team, secured key industry and scientific partnerships, and led 
market validation across Europe and Asia, positioning the company for commercial scale
