Nebula Finance is building always-ready books for UK Ltd contractors and first-time directors.

Our V1 focuses on calm, accounting-first foundations: daily bank feeds, smart categorisation, clear invoice states, MTD VAT submission, and clean accountant-ready exports.

At the centre is the Nebula AI Agent, a guided finance assistant that helps users understand what’s happened, what hasn’t, and whether action is required. It explains in plain English, supports receipt capture, and reduces uncertainty without adding dashboard noise.

Finance should feel handled, not something you constantly check.
