Piers Clark is the Co-founder of Innovatrix Capital and a highly experienced adviser to the global insurance industry, with over 30 years’ experience as a corporate and investment banker to the sector. He has led multi-disciplinary teams in originating and executing capital raising and M&A transactions for insurance groups around the world, holding senior roles at Citibank, Barclays, BZW, ABN AMRO, and RBS. Following his banking career, he advised corporate management teams and private equity investors on a range of financial services projects and served as a director of a private investor backing early-stage FinTech and InsurTech ventures, before co-founding Innovatrix Capital to bring innovative risk transfer solutions to the Life Sciences sector.
