He currently oversees both EIAM and CIAM capabilities at Inter IKEA Group. Prior to this, Sushant served as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Capgemini Sweden. With expertise across enterprise systems—ranging from business and data to applications and technology architectures—he specializes in conducting IT gap assessments, crafting IAM roadmaps, and designing IT solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
