I am a certified Enterprise Architect with around 2.5 decades of experience shaping large-scale digital transformation, with deep expertise in digital customer experience and identity-centric security. My work focuses on translating business strategy into secure, scalable IAM platforms that enable growth, resilience, and trusted digital experiences across complex, federated ecosystems. I currently serve as Enterprise Architect at Inter IKEA Group, where I am responsible for both Workforce and Customer IAM. I authored and drove organizational alignment for the group-wide IAM Architecture Blueprint, a year-long initiative that now underpins IKEA’s ongoing technology transformation. Previously, as a consultant, I have worked with large enterprises including British Telecom, Philips, General Motors, and Fisher Scientific. Outside work, I am a long-distance runner and live in Helsingborg, Sweden, with my family.
