Neil is a Specialist Identity Document Examiner at UK’s National Document Fraud Unit with over 30 years’ experience in examining travel and identity documents, including 16 years at NDFU and 7 years working in the Benelux and India as an Immigration Liaison Officer. He has been awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Identity Document Examination and is a member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences. Neil regularly provides written testimony and has given oral evidence as an expert witness in court. He has delivered advanced training in forgery detection techniques to Border Force, Immigration and Enforcement Officers in UK and Overseas.
