Laurent Loup is experienced in launching disruptive technologies on the market. He joined SICPA in 2016 as a Senior Product Manager and is active in the field of self-sovereign identity. He has participated in many different projects with governments to assess the impact of such an approach on legacy identity systems and on the user experience. Before joining SICPA, Laurent was product manager in the field of communications systems and was a member of the strategy team at Orange Telecom. Prior to this, he was a researcher in the semi-conductor industry for six years. He holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) and an MBA in Management & Finance from HEC Lausanne.
