Julien is Vice President for ID Solutions' product management at IDEMIA Smart Identity, based in Paris, France. In his current role, Julien is responsible for defining the product roadmap, driving product line profitability and assuring accurate execution of internal product roadmaps for Identity Enrollment, Systems and Digital. Julien also pilots the product marketing activities to promote IDEMIA’s products internally and externally.  Julien has over twenty years of product management experience within the high-tech industry. He has also managed international projects. Julien’s previous projects include:

• First deployment of open-standard Identity Management interface OSIA in DRC: Julien led the product approach for this program funded by the World Bank that aims to register 2.4 million children and produce 600,000 birth certificates. It supports the ambitious goal set out by the United Nations General Assembly “One ID for all by 2030”
• A new identity management system that is managing the population’s identity with a robust and cost-effective infrastructure.  Julien led the product management of IDway. This solution consists of several interoperable components (such as Civil Registry, ID Card Registry, Passport Registry, social welfare registry etc) working together as a unified system solution to efficiently manage the identities of a country’s population. It is deployed in many projets worlwide.

Now, Julien is also driving Digital ID solutions, such as DTC at IDEMIA Smart Identity.
