Fabrizia Banti is a lawyer by training and currently serves as Head of Regulation Intelligence at Tinexta InfoCert. With solid expertise in the regulatory framework of trust services, digital identity and digital transformation, she supports organizations in turning compliance into strategic value. She is passionate about bridging regulation, business, and technology, translating complex legal frameworks into concrete, innovation-oriented solutions. Her work is primarily focused on supporting clients in the pre-sales and strategic design phases, helping align regulatory requirements with business goals and digital initiatives. This often involves working closely with internal teams (engineering, cybersecurity, design, marketing) to ensure legal feasibility and consistency across the proposed solutions. Fabrizia is also pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and has completed an Executive Program in Digital Transformation at MIP Politecnico di Milano, further strengthening her ability to align regulatory insight with business strategy.
