Mr. André ten Caat is senior Document Expert, trainer in Document Security and Didactics. He has worked for more than 40 years at the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, of which 25 years at Schiphol International Airport, Amsterdam. He has also been a teacher of Immigration Law and Document Security at the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee school for almost ten years. His last position at the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee was Head of the Training Department of the Expertise Centre Identity fraud and Documents (ECID), located at the International Airport Schiphol, Amsterdam. At that time he was responsible for the Document Security part of large International IBM (Integrated Border Management) projects. Since 2019 he is no longer employed by the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, but retired. According to him much too young to stop with your passion. That is why he continued with these activities on behalf of TenDoc from that moment on. Since then he has provided the Document Security part of projects in Myanmar, Bhutan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and the so called Silk Routes Countries , Bangladesh, Iraq and Pakistan.
