A seasoned IT leader, Tom has spent most of the last 20 years leading Enterprise IAM initiatives and teams for large, multinational businesses. He has deep experience in all aspects of IAM and enjoys the challenge of delivering business value through technology and innovation. Tom is currently Sr Director of Cybersecurity at Target Corporation where he has spent the last eight years working to modernize, simplify, and extend Target’s IAM capabilities. Tom's mission is to find that perfect balance between Security and User Experience through technology, process optimization, and lots of empathy. A regular speaker, Tom enjoys talking about what's possible and value creation with anyone who will listen.
