Matt Keller, Director, Impact Lead, Algorand Foundation

Matt Keller is the Director of Impact for the Algorand Foundation where he leads efforts to support entrepreneurs focused on humanitarian payments, decentralized identity, and other areas where the use of blockchain technology can lead to better outcomes in both human and environmental contexts. Matt has lobbied Capitol Hill to advance the cause of campaign finance and voting rights reform in the United States, was the Director of the Global Learning XPRIZE sponsored by Elon Musk, and served as Vice President at One Laptop per Child, a project of the MIT Media Lab. He has also served as legal counsel for the United Nations World Food Programme in Rome, Italy, as a legislative aide in the United States Senate, as an attorney working on behalf of migrant farmworkers in the Southwest United States, and as a Jesuit Volunteer.
