Howard Patty has led major digital transformation efforts for three multi-billion-dollar companies with roles in Product Management, Application Development, and IT Ops. At Southwest Airlines, he established a team centralizing management of edge services, security, and fraud prevention for Southwest.com. His expanded responsibilities include supporting the Southwest Rapid Rewards Chase Credit Card and the Technology College Hire & Internship Program. Howard began his technology career at Southwest Airlines after studying music and marketing at University of North Texas, later taking on key digital roles at Pizza Hut (Yum! Brands) and Hilti Group. Howard rejoined Southwest after earning an MBA from University of Texas at Dallas. When not at work, Howard can be found at home building epic Lego creations with his kids or planning the next family vacation. A life-long globetrotter, he believes that travel offers the most valuable educational experiences for young children.
