Jonathan is a Technical Director at WSP, based in Bristol and is a Chartered Engineer with a background in RF and communications systems design within the telecoms industry. He has worked in transport consultancy for over 20 years within Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). In the last 8 years he has specialised in Connected Cooperative Automated Mobility (CCAM), evolution of key standards (including C-ITS), evaluation of benefits, development of supporting architectures, and helping shape future policy interventions. He is a UK representative for PIARC, co-leading Technical Committee TC2.5 on CCAM and currently working with DfT on their Connected Vehicle Services (CVS) guidance framework.
