National Highways’ Roads Academy is a joint initiative with the roads sector and its suppliers to develop current and future leaders and solve sectoral challenges. Roads Academy brings together leadership learning into a unique blended learning package for current and future leaders of the roads sector, including face-to-face, eLearning and group study.

With 460+ existing learners from 80+ organisations across the roads sector, Roads Academy is perfect for anyone who would like to develop their leadership capability, network with others in the sector, and co-create solutions to sector challenges.
