Plastic Sheet Piling is structural, interlocking sheets made from recycled uPVC. They are available in traditional sheet U and Z piles and also a growing range of advanced designs, such as our best seller, MultiLock®.
MultiLock® consists of a innovative hex tube design, which creates much needed rigidity and enables the installer to use on its own or as a hybrid, a shortened length used in conjunction with softwood posts, bamboo tubes, steel tubes, steel i beams and most recently ground anchors. MultiLock® is the only plastic sheet pile used on the M1, M6 and M3 motorways.
Plastic piling is ideally suited to retaining walls, bank stabilisations, road haunching, quay headings, seawalls, flood defence structures, scour and erosion control.
In addition to plastic piling, we are the UK distirbutors for the JET FIlter System, a weep hole filter system, that reduces hydrostatic pressure, whilst preventing soil erosion through the weephole. This reducing the chance of structure overload, and these products are suitable for steel piling, plastic piling, concrete bridge abutments, masonry retaining walls, timber retaining structures.
Added recently to the range are the GEOJETS, these not only reduce hydrostatic pressure, prevent soil erosion, but actively trap hydrocarbon contaminants in such a way as to promote bacteria and fungal growth to start the breakdown of these hydrocarbons.
