At Highways UK this year, our focus is - Reclamite - a spray applied asphalt rejuvenation treatment which penetrates and chemically modifies the bitumen binder in the asphalt. It reverses the detrimental impact on our roads caused by oxidation and weathering, preventing the formation of cracks and defects, and prolonging the life of the asphalt.

Reclamite is efficient to install meaning treated areas are quickly reopened to traffic. Suitable for most asphalt surfaces, it restores the original properties of the bitumen with no need to adjust ironworks or refresh line markings (if they are in good condition), saving time, minimising disruption, and enabling maintenance budgets to go further.

Reclamite is the only BBA HAPAS approved and independently tested asphalt rejuvenator on the market and has the smallest carbon footprint of all surface treatments in the UK.
