Welcome to MJK Manufacturing, a privately owned company based in the Black Country, the historic heart of the Industrial Revolution. This region has long been a centre of innovation and manufacturing excellence, and we carry forward that legacy by designing, manufacturing and distributing high-quality road safety, traffic management and construction products.

At the core of our range is the Manta Barrier, a crash-tested (BS EN 1317:2010) interlocking traffic management barrier designed for maximum stability and visibility in both urban and slow-speed environments. Manufactured from high-strength galvanised steel with an optional durable powder-coated finish, the Manta Barrier provides a working life of up to 20 years. This far outlasts plastic water-filled barriers and offers a significantly lower lifetime cost of ownership.

Manta requires no bowsers, filling or draining, which eliminates unnecessary logistics and costly delays. Its modular design allows quick installation, while its compact profile helps reduce transport and storage costs. Three metre by two metre or pedestrian-height fence panels can be fitted without compromising structural integrity. At the end of its service life, the barrier is 100% recyclable, supporting sustainable project goals.

In addition to the Manta Barrier, we manufacture pedestrian crowd control barriers, walk-through barriers, Centipede expanding barriers, hoarding systems and custom-fabricated gates to provide a complete solution for safe and efficient site management.

We are delighted to announce that at Highways UK 2025 we will officially launch the Manta Barrier Lite. This is a lighter-weight, non-crash tested version designed as a delineator and ideal for lower-risk projects that still require quality and efficiency.
