Eng. Rahma Khalifa Al Riyami is the Director of the Technical Office of the Undersecretary of Transport at Oman’s Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology. She is a transport and logistics professional with experience spanning government, private sector, and strategic advisory roles. In her current role, Rahma supports the development and delivery of strategic initiatives across Oman’s transport and logistics sector, with a focus on sector competitiveness, infrastructure development, performance improvement, international cooperation, and future mobility. Her work involves coordinating with government entities, industry leaders, and international partners to advance national transport priorities and enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the sector. Rahma is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT), a CSCMP Ambassador, and a member of the Advisory Board for Operations Management and Business Statistics at Sultan Qaboos University. She holds professional credentials including PMP®, CISCM, and CISCP, and has completed Harvard Business School’s CORe program.
