What if I want to change my badge? Please log on to the app and visit the ‘My Account’ section where you can make changes to your digital badge.
I still can’t edit my badge – Please enter the event with your current badge on the app, we will have help desks on the exhibition floor and can assist with further issues on-site.
If you are a sponsor/exhibitor , please make sure you are registering your exhibition stand staff through the links provided in the exhibitor manual. If you cannot locate your manual please speak to your assigned operations team member .
