He was a Consultant for the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) for a total of nine years, consulting on the Riyadh Metro & Bus as one of the main pillars of Riyadh’s economical and urban transformation. During this time, he helped develop strategic communication planning for the launch of King Salman Park, Sports Boulevard, Green Riyadh, and Riyadh Art. In 2022, Faddy was appointed Head of Community Engagement for Noor Riyadh, the world’s largest light and art festival, in which he planned and delivered 1000+ activities which targeted all segments of the community. This project was awarded 6 Guinness World Records. He later led Visitor Experience as Project Manager at MDLBEAST 2023. Faddy’s  customer-centric approach helps to build and improve existing CX and journeys. He has significant experience on turnkey projects and working within a Consortia: Adopting the ‘One Voice Strategy’.  He has published in internationally-renowned journals which is key for communicating on a national, regional and international levels. An INSEAD alumnus, he also holds a BSc (Hons) and PhD from the University of London and has completed Executive Education in Digital Marketing at Columbia University, New York.
