Jenny Davies has a background in teaching and moved across to Shellharbour City Council as the Road Safety Officer in 2000. Jenny is responsible for the management, development and implementation of the Local Government Road Safety Program throughout the City of Shellharbour; she believes her role to be crucial in the reduction of road trauma on Shellharbour roads and is particularly passionate about ensuring her peers are equipped to be positive role models and to help spread the road safety message to the wider community. Today Jenny will unpack the problem of drink and drug driving as a serious road safety and public health issue existing in our local communities.
