How do I use the Terrapinn Events App?

How to log in to the platform

1. Go to the Terrapinn Events App
2. Top right – Select "Log in as a Participant"
3. Enter the email address you used to register for EVCharge Live UK 2026
4. Create your unique secure password
5. Wait 15–20 minutes – your access link will be sent directly to your email inbox.

Haven't registered for EVCharge Live UK 2026 yet?

1. Click here to register your pass now!
2. Wait 15–20 minutes – you will receive a confirmation email from info@terrapinn.com . Click the verification button within that email to instantly access the platform. (Be sure to check your spam/promotions folders if it does not appear).

Essential Tips

To ensure maximum stability on the networking platform, please use an updated, modern browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
The secure sign-in magic link sent from info@terrapinn.com will open up your system's default browser. If your default option isn’t Chrome or Firefox, simply right-click the button, copy the link address, and paste it directly into a fresh Chrome or Firefox window.
The dedicated event app is utilized exclusively to navigate the official agenda, consult the dynamic floorplan, and set up 1-to-1 networking meetings. Please note that sessions will not be live-streamed virtually.
