I am a rooted French man shaped with Anglo-Saxon culture during 35 years of professional experience. The first part of my career was in the oil industry where in sales and marketing positions in fuels, gas and lubricants for Mobil and BP-Castrol. My background is very international, among other positions I was General Manager of BP Gas Turkey in Istanbul and Castrol Industrial Americas based in Chicago. Back in Europe in 2008 as Sales and Marketing director for Primagaz France then Europe GM for Lucas-Milhaupt, a US based brazing alloys company. In 2015 I joined ALD Automotive, now Ayvens following the merger ALD-LeasePlan in May 2023, the global leader in auto-leasing and sustainable fleet management/mobility services; as Head of Sales & Relationship for global corporate clients until mid-2023; I’m now deputy CEO of the Ayvens JV in Thailand with Mitsubishi HC Capital in charge of sales and marketing.   Working with demanding global customers I have developed an expertise in B2B service-based solutions with a TCO focus. I have a strong experience of customer relations, especially with global corporates. A constant throughout my business life has been to serve the automotive industry, both distribution and manufacturing. Leasing for fleets is evolving rapidly with digitalized services for fleet managers and drivers. The sustainability urgency has changed the game in the past 5 years with a mix of energy fueling cars, EV, PHEV, HEV, MHEV and no longer just ICE cars and vans. This is creating new challenges and opportunities for the car leasing industry and for corporate fleets, who need advises and support from Ayvens in navigating this new complexity, to reduce emissions while keeping TCO under control and drivers productive.
