By coming to childhood times, he was really taking care of Green Life in the nature and in the cities. He was getting member of groups who works for afforestation, protection of the cities from pollution, green life at the nature and clean sea water at open seas and oceans. In accordance with his musical interests and part of musical group at high school he started to interesting electronic visual & sound devices and wireless communication.   After completion of the college successfully, he selected to continue his education career at Electronics Engineering Faculty of Istanbul University in 1997. By the University, he focused on Wireless communication systems and radio systems more. Joined to Society of wireless and radio amateurs.   He started to his professional working life in 1998 by a GSM company.   Between 2004 and 2011, ibrahim worked in Turkmenistan, Kazakhistan, Russia and Oman.

From 2011 till 2018, worked as Smart City Project Manager for Qatar Project Management (QPM) Company at Lusail City Development Project where investment for infrastructure was more than 45B USD.
 
Prior to joining PCS Thailand he has worked almost 4 years as Technical Director at Sodexo-Thailand, where he did amazing works such as but not limited to Design& Built and Operation of Amata Smart City Command Center, increase the efficiency of the operation by implementing Smart Solutions at several sites, partnership agreements for Solar Energy, Energy Efficiency and IOT with Thailand's well known companies.   Ibrahim Kocagoz is Engineering Solutions Director at PCS Thailand , working effectively in order to increase the efficiency and quality of Engineering services while trying to reduce the CO footprint also.   Ibrahim has a really good experience on Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Research, Development, Management, especially for Smart Cities, Sustainability, Urban Development, Instrumentation & Control Systems with over 20 years working experience.

He speaks Turkish, English, Russian and German.
