Johanna Shikukutu (CMILT) serves as the Head of Bus Operations within the Department of Urban and Transport Planning at the City of Windhoek Municipal Council. She brings extensive expertise in enhancing public transport infrastructure and leading the management and implementation of tranport projects. With over 15 years of dedicated service to the transport sector, her skills cover a broad range, with particular emphasis on sustainable urban mobility, transport and logistics. Johanna served on the Board of Directors of Transnamib Holdings (PTY) Ltd between 2014 and 2015.  She holds a Masters degree in Transport and Maritime Mnagement from the University of Antwerp, an MBA in Management Strategy from the University of Namibia, and is an alumni of the Stellenbosch Business School. Currently, she is pursuing an LLB Law degree at a local university.
