Andile Skosana leads an infrastructure and city development consultancy. He’s a development strategist and policy development advisor with over 23 years’ experience and a strong knowledge of organization and change management and integrated development planning. His professional focus is on work with and for public sector and private clients as they solve ambiguous and complex infrastructure, policy and programme implementation problems around development, urban management, the implementation of major and transformational projects. Andile draws from his experience form having served in corporate as a client director for Government Portfolio for Aurecon South Africa (Pty) Ltd; and, as an Associate Director at the KPMG Global Cities Centre of Excellence. He also draws from his experience in private enterprise and the public sector that commenced in leading the municipal IDP and City Strategy of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality.
