Saskia Nijs is co-founder of humain power, researcher, speaker and board member. With her extensive experience in practice, her business and scientific knowledge, she focuses on the future of work with people & technology. Saskia Nijs has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of change in relation to innovation and technology in the workplace. For more than 20 years she has been active on this cutting edge at various organizations such as Microsoft, Philips and KLM. She guides transformations at the intersection of HR and IT.  Saskia operates at all levels in organizations to implement innovative technologies, such as AI and robots, make better use of human potential and keep organizations relevant in the future. She is also involved in education as chair of the Supervisory Board, and chairs the board of Setup, a foundation that provides critical reflection on technology in society through design-based artistic research.
