Micha Pallesche was born in Tübingen, Baden-Württemberg, in 1975. He completed his teacher training at the University of Education in Karlsruhe, where he also studied media education.
After serving as deputy principal, in 2015 he took over the overall management responsibility of the Ernst-
Reuter School in Karlsruhe, which, under his leadership, has become a nationally known and exemplary school with multiple

Pallesche is doing his doctorate at the Pädagogische Hochschule Karlsruhe on the topic of
"Transformation processes against the background of a culture of digitality".
