Louise Rowland | Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Ufi VocTech Trust

Louise Rowland, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Ufi VocTech Trust

Louise is Deputy CEO of Ufi VocTech Trust, an independent charity helping improve vocational skills in the UK’s workforce. We do this by providing funding and expertise to organisations developing and deploying tech for use in adult vocational education. Ufi have provided over £25m to over 280 projects, developing technology and digital tools for adult learners.

Having spent her career working in community and economic regeneration, Louise is passionate about learning and the role technology can play in delivering better outcomes for all. Together in partnership with Learning and Work Institute, Louise is leading the VocTech Challenge: Skills for an economy in transition programme to explore how to use technology to help every adult in the UK get the skills they need to participate and benefit from employment.
