Joao Silveira is the Head of Innovation at Lab e-nov | IFP School and Senior Learning Specialist at Axens Academy, both part of the IFPEN research institute in France.

With over 20 years of experience, he has focused on learning methodologies, science education, and training of trainers. Joao has a track record of creating and managing international academies for companies and leading creative learning journeys. His work spans the fields of science, energy, engineering, intrapreneurship, and pharmaceuticals. He holds a Ph.D. in education and science communication and was a Harvard fellow.
