Harald (Hary) Rotter, current CIO and CDO of the University of St. Gallen, has extensive experience in IT and digitalization. His career includes the management of numerous IT projects at both national and international level and the optimization of processes in industrial and technology companies. As a member of the SWITCH.ch Foundation Board, he makes a contribution to technological development at national level. In his daily work, Rotter places a special focus on the operation and further development of IT systems, the implementation of digitalization initiatives and the promotion of digital transformation. He relies on agile working methods and transformative leadership to promote adaptability and continuous improvement in his organization.
