Curriculum Vitea    Coordinated Name              van Eck First names     Flora Phone                            06 24892215 Email                f.van.eck@rocmondriaan.nl   Brief profile I still recognize in myself the ICU-Paediatrics-neonatology nurse that I once was: committed, innovative and pragmatic. For me, the focus has always been on the child and the parents/guardians – but also on having an eye for each other as a team. As director of education, my first focus is always the student: what does he/she/they notice about a decision we make together? What will actually change and who will benefit from it? For me, cooperation and the recognition of common interests are essential in decision-making and implementation of all kinds of processes. Of course, this must be done in a climate in which the student is heard, the ball is in the teacher's court, the professional field is connected and business operations are in order. I have a lot of energy, I am decisive, I work concentrated and I can take a beating. I am allergic to semantic discussions and the urge to prove myself. I like to learn a lot and preferably do this in a positive environment and atmosphere   Training 2021                Deep Democracy Course 2018-2020      Various training courses in company offer Mondriaan Academy 2010-2014      development trajectories HPBO – program management, negotiation Harvard Method 2007-2010      Various training courses in leadership, communication and presentation 2001-2005      Various training courses in didactics, competency-based education 1998                 Innovation and Education Course, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences 1990-1992      The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Teacher Training in Nursing   Work experience 2021-present     Director of Education of the Schools for Care, Education and Welfare ROC Mondriaan ( duo position) I mainly focus on the outside world – contacts administrators in the field, cooperation with municipalities, VWS, MBO council, Employers' associations, Universities of Applied Sciences, MBO in the region.
