As Vice-Chair of the Dutch Esports Association (BEN), Chris is deeply immersed in the esports community, working to advance its growth and influence. The BEN, a collective of 50 esports-related businesses, focuses on digital transformation in Education and Sports, with Chris prioritizing awareness and inclusivity within the community. Driven by his lifelong passion for gaming and esports, Chris founded Gaming@Work, pioneering Game Derived Skills, after serving as a cloud services partner manager at Dell Technologies. He has also co-established the global Esports Research Collaborative and fostered multiple international gaming communities. Chris's diverse career journey began in hospitality event management before transitioning into recruitment consulting and business development, offering IT infrastructure advisory services. Drawing from his background, Chris offers unique perspectives on technology and societal solutions, aiding organizations and employees in thriving in today's digital landscape.
