Beatrix Busse is Professor of English Linguistics and Vice-Rector for Teaching and Studies at the University of Cologne. She is also Chief Development Officer for EUniWell – the European University for Well-Being.
From 2011 to 2019, she held the Chair of English Linguistics at Heidelberg University, where she was appointed as Vice-Rector for Teaching and Student Affairs twice, from 2013 to 2019. At Heidelberg, she also founded and led the Heidelberg School of Education from 2015 to 2019. Furthermore, Beatrix Busse is also part of the Executive Board of the Coimbra Group.
