Alessandro Brolpito is a senior human capital development expert at the European Training Foundation (ETF), an agency of the European Union (EU) based in Turin, Italy. Alessandro’s work focuses on policies and practices for developing digital skills and competences and the use of digital technology in education and training. He has been working in Eastern Partnership countries (EaP), Western Balkans (WB) countries and Türkiye.
He is author of several publications and since 2014 is a member of the European Commission’s working group on digital education “DELTA”. Prior to joining ETF, he worked as software analyst in the private sector.
Alessandro is graduated in Computer Science in Milano (Italy), with a postgraduate diploma in Management of Software Projects at the Open University of London (UK).
