Victoria Spicer-Stuart (B.A., Dip.Ed., M.Ed. (ICT), GradCertIR, M.Intl.Rel.) is Head of Teaching and Learning – Digital Practice at Beaconhills College. An Apple Distinguished Educator and Microsoft Elevate Educator Expert, she has taught History and English for more than 20 years and currently teaches VCE History. Victoria is a former NAPLAN and VCE assessor with a particular interest in the meaningful use of digital technologies in education. She works with educators across Australia and internationally to explore innovative, ethical and evidence-informed approaches to teaching and learning.
