Linda William | Senior Scientist and Co-Chairperson of Enabling Technology Cluster

Dr. Linda William is a Co-Chair of the Enabling Technology Cluster at Temasek Polytechnic and Senior Scientist at the School of Informatics & IT, Temasek Polytechnic. Since joining the institution in 2019, she has been actively involved in teaching, research, and driving innovation in emerging technologies. Dr. William earned her PhD from Singapore Management University and holds a Senior Professional Certificate in AI Ethics and Governance, as well as a Professional Certificate in Responsible Generative AI Governance. These qualifications reflect her strong commitment to advancing responsible and ethical AI practices. She teaches both young adult and adult learners across a wide range of subjects, including Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, and Responsible AI. Dr. William has led several impactful research initiatives, most notably the development of the Smart Serious Game Analytics Engine, which was recognised with the Innergy Award 2022 by Singapore’s Ministry of Education. Her research interests span Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, AI Ethics, and the use of Serious Games for education and training.
