GUMP AI is an AI-powered photo album and visual data platform that helps education institutions turn events into searchable, shareable digital memories. We work with universities such as HKUST, PolyU and other leading institutions across Asia to support graduations, congregations, sports days, orientations and academic conferences.
Using advanced facial and image recognition, GUMP AI automatically organises tens of thousands of photos so each student, staff member, VIP and speaker can securely access the images they appear in via a simple QR code or smart search. This dramatically reduces manual sorting for event and communications teams while increasing engagement, social sharing and long‑term connection with alumni and school communities.
Our platform supports real-time uploads from photographers, branded galleries that align with institutional identity and privacy-aware controls designed for compliance with data protection requirements. GUMP AI has already powered more than 1,000 events for universities, enterprises and public sector organisers and is recognised as an approved AI photo management solution by Hong Kong’s Smart Government Innovation Lab. As a member of the NVIDIA Inception program, we continue to enhance accuracy, scalability and reliability for demanding education environments.
