Kaye has worked in the healthcare sector for over 25 years, spanning roles in healthcare delivery, software development and consulting. She has developed expertise across many business disciplines and leads the Alcidion Product team. During her career she has worked in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and India and has an appreciation of digital healthcare requirements worldwide.​ She has Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) qualifications and is PRINCE2 Foundation qualified. Kaye is focussed on ensuring that clients achieve the best possible outcomes from their digital investments. She achieves this by working collaboratively with clients to understand and clarify objectives leading to the design of aligned solutions.​
